Now that's funny!

Breaking news from the chronicles of Tristyn's development! On Friday (4/29/05) Tristyn had her first laugh. We were shopping in Target, ironically in the toy section and she belted out a huge giggle! I was so amazed that I could not stop smiling for hours afterwards. I grabbed my cell phone and tried to call her Daddy and tell him the good news. Since then she has not done it again - although I have been trying my hardest to get her to do so.

This past weekend was pretty nice. On Friday night we had dinner with Brandy, Brandon, and Emily at Chili's. I hopped in bed pretty early so I could be prepared for the garage sale the following day. However, when I woke up it was raining so we knew the sale would be cancelled and dozed back off. Josh and I spent most of the day lounging around the house, until 5:30pm when we had to head to Cheyenne's 1st birthday party. Tristyn slept for the most part of the party while everyone played "pass the baby". I got some cute pictures of her though. After Cheyenne's party we headed to Brad & Alea's house and spent the evening with them. On Sunday I went to Garden Ridge with Beverly and purchased a beautiful mirror for our dining room. We had our usual Sunday dinner with the Jackson's, including our show Desperate Housewives, and then headed home. Here is a picture of Tristyn at Cheyenne's party:

Yesterday Tristyn and I met Diana & Destiny at the Mall of Georgia for lunch and a little stroll. Tristyn enjoyed the walk and was perfect the entire outing. I bought some new stuff for my face in hopes of clearing it up. I guess my hormones have just been on a roller coaster since Tristyn's birth, will anything ever go back to normal?

I just put T. down for a nap, so I'm off to have lunch and clean house. I will update when something more exciting happens ;)
