2 years old

Our baby girl is finally 2! It is so hard to believe that she is officially a toddler now. Everyday brings something new with her. It seems like each day she learns a new word or counts a number higher. She responds to comands very well and even tries to participate in coversations. She has named each one of her grandparents and even likes talking about her friends. Her favorite toy is her new baby doll which has a stroller and a pack-n-play. She loves to feed and burp him, even tries giving him a "washy-washy".

She is so in love with her brother these days. If she is in her carseat and he isn't sitting next to her she asks where he's at. If he's crying she comes to find me to let me know that something is wrong. She loves to hold and love on him. Seeing the way she acts with him just melts my heart. I really hope that in years to come they will build a strong relationship and stay close friends throughout their lives.

Her second birthday party was a lot of fun. We had a barnyard theme and she wore overalls with a red shirt. I got a cowboy hat for her to wear but she refused. She had a wonderful time at the party playing with her friends and entertaining everyone. I was amazed by how many people showed up for her party. She really is loved by many.
