MISSING: My Mind!

Reward to whomever finds where it has gone to! Just an example of the insanity around this household...today I went to clean out the kids tub (on a whim because I am so busy with school and keeping up with the kids that I haven't even had time to think about cleaning this week), so I heated up the water, stopped up the tub and poured in some lysol antibacterial waiting for the tub to fill up so I could let it soak for a few hours. Fast forward approximately 3-4 hours later, I'm upstairs getting a fresh change of clothes for Jackson and hear water running. I run into the bathroom to find a tub full to the brim with water pouring out of the facet! I am SO lucky that I did not flood our house, I guess the overflow valve is there for a reason, that reason being forgetting crazies like me!

In other bulleted news since I have not a second to spare...
  • Jackson is now running like a toddler, he's all boy. Love to climb and get rough with his sister.
  • He's a total flirt, anytime a baby girl is around he puts on a show, big time.
  • He has started saying Sarge, Sock, Shoe recently. He tried his hardest to pronounce many other words and is doing very well.
  • He is almost as big as Tristyn!
  • Tristyn got another haircut, for the time being we're going to keep it pretty short.
  • She is blossoming into a very sassy "Big Girl" these days, she now knows how to talk back, and the consquences of doing so.
  • We have been trying to encourage her to sleep without sucking her fingers because "Big Girls" don't do that, it's totally been working to our surprise. We've promised her this certain Barbie she's seen on Noggin that she wants.
  • Jackson is napping and sleeping through the night in his crib and has been doing so for several months, that was the best thing I've done!
  • Tristyn weighs only 4 pounds more than Jackson and they are 23 months apart!
  • I am back in college and so incredibly busy!
I hope to be able to update more next week since it's spring break and I won't have too much going on. Hope all is well!
