Last Thursday was Tris' first day of preschool and she did awesome. She absolutely loves going and enjoys herself the entire time she is there. She actually wishes that she went more than she does. This week we started carpool and she does wonderfully getting out of the car with the help of the teacher. She yells bye and blows me a kiss! On the other hand, Jackson gets incredibly upset when sissy gets out of the car for school...he cries the entire way home :(
She has already started learning new things, especially songs. Yesterday while we were shopping in Target she started belting out "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" which I'm only assuming she learned at school! It was so cute and she knew the words so well. They have started working on tracing their names which Tris is already great at because we've been working on that at home. In the next couple of weeks they have fall pictures, red day and Tris' turn to bring the entire class a snack...she's pretty stoked about that :)

Love the pictues, she is soo cute! The big girl walking into the builiding! Nolen LOVES school too, I wish she went 3 days instead of 2 too because he ask me numerous time "Go to Dool?" And I have to say Not today buddy and he kind of gets upset, and he to is saying all sorts of new things. It is amazing how quick they pick up things from others!!
So glad she is enjoying! And How cute that Jackson gets upset that sissy is leaving! Bless his heart!!
Wow. You're so lucky. I'll be 40 before I have kids in preschool...at this rate, anyway.
Awh! What a cutie! It's great that Tris likes preschool so much. That's so adorable how Jackson misses his big sister while she's at school (well, not adorable for mom when he's crying all the way home!)
