This week I am thankful for....
- Being able to attend Tris' first school program yesterday. It was a Christmas program and they sang several holiday songs including Jingle Bells and Rudolph. Tris did great, although she was a little distracted and did not sing along with every song. She even picked her nose a time or two (talk about embarassing!) but was definitely the class clown! We got several comments about how hilarious she is.
- Knowing other mom's in the class who brought video cameras since I forgot to bring ours AND our camera died half way through!
- Our beautiful Christmas tree that was hand planted and grown by my Uncle on the tree farm. We walked around for about an hour on Sunday searching for the perfect tree and we found it. It has become a special tradition to get our tree from the family tree farm every year.
- Finishing a week from hell with finals, essays, essays, and more essays! I swear my butt sat in the same spot on the couch with the laptop for days working on homework. I am SO incredibly thankful to be finished with it all. I have one more final in the morning at 9am but that's it. I feel very confident in the work I've already completed, so that's nice.
- The TREMENDOUS amount of weight that has magically been lifted off of my shoulders. I swear, I feel like a completely different person. Today has been wonderful, not having to worry about the week ahead, just about the day that is here!
- The change that's in store now that I have so much extra free time =)

Woohoo for being done with school!!! Congratultions! I can only imagine how difficult it's been to be a student plus a mommy & wife! Way to go!!!!!
Yay for Christmas programs! I can't wait to go to Grace's Christmas party this week! She looks adorable!
And congrats for being done w/ classes. I remember the feeling all too well.
Congrats on your finals! And thanks for the sneak peek at the Christmas program. Brayden has been telling me that they are going to wear antlers and sing Rudolph. I'm so excited for his on Thursday! Tris looked so cute!
Is it just me, or does Tris look like an adorable, young version of the girl that played Cheyenne on that show Reba?
