Birthday Time

It's hard to believe that yet another half of year has passed and June has already come and gone. This year I had a wonderful birthday, it was all around a great time. Luckily my birthday fell on a Wednesday and so Josh got to spend the day with me. Tris attended Vacation Bible School at the local church that morning while Josh, Jackson and I did a little shopping for mommy. Afterwards we headed home for a little playtime. The night before we had sushi & hibachi at a small Japanese place in Cumming. The food was very good, we enjoyed our dinner thoroughly. Wednesday evening Josh had to head to school and some girlfriends of mine decided to take me to dinner. We had a great time together just enjoying one another over a few drinks. Afterwards we came back to the house for a little while before retiring for the evening. My birthday celebration continued on into the weekend with several great meals and some fun for another friends birthday. Thank you to everyone for making my entire week special!

Friday afternoon Josh, Jackson and I took a hike down by the river. Tris was again at VBS and Josh and I took advantage of the alone time with had with little man. The three of us had a great time exploring the Chattahoochee. we have talked about doing things like that a little more often, maybe incorporate some family camping trips and hikes. After VBS was over we headed to Giorgio's Italian in Cumming for a wonderful lunch. We will definitely be repeat customers, it's probably the best Italian I have had since leaving Philadelphia. After lunch we visited a little fair going on in Cumming where the kids got to pet a few animals in the petting zoo and explore a real fire truck. They enjoyed themselves but the heat was excruciating and we had to head out quickly.

Last week Josh worked a ton getting ready for July 4th. We had an amazing 4th of July weekend, update soon!

Hello,

I am a frequent visitor of your site. It's great and I have it bookmarked and visit everyday.

I have a forum called The Dressing Room. It's for all the moms, females out there who love to blog, or who want to start one, those who love photography, crafts, and also for all the WAHM's. Basically we talk about all of our hobbies and help out other WAHM's and businesses get their name out there.

We'd love to let you know about our advertising opportunities. We have very affordable advertising options starting as low as $5. If you're interested, please join and take a look at our Announcements and WAHM forums where you'll find the prices and how to move forward with advertising with us.

Thanks,
