Da-Da-Da-Da-Da!

Da-Da-Da-Da-Da...this is all we hear in our household lately! Tristyn is on a talking spree and never quiets down. She constantly babbles about everything, especially when she sees Sarge or Trooper. She is still crawling in full force and has started pulling up on objects. She loves sitting up on her own and never lays down to play anymore. This morning she unplugged the laptop while I was tranferring some songs to my iPod and right now she is harassing Sarge who is quietly sleeping in his bed underneath the desk!

Last weekend Josh, Tristyn and I spent the weekend at a cabin with Brad & Alea. We had a wonderful time and Tristyn was a dream. We didn't do much because it rained for the most part of the weekend. But we did get some goofy pictures.





Since Tristyn has started crawling she has had one main focus...RUFUS, my hand carved giraffee from Jamaica. She seeks Rufus out and tries to destroy him. Twice have her missions been successful, once breaking off Rufus' hand carved snout.

During the week Gamaw and Papaw came over for dinner. Gamaw gave Tristyn a bath in the kitchen sink. Tris enjoyed it, especially the part where she got to chew on Mommy's plastic lemons and the plastic rinse cup!



This weekend we had Ju's bridal shower on Saturday, then a poker night that evening. I still need to load the pictures from that - I will do later!
