I'll tell you my secret if you tell me yours!

Do you think they would notice if we crawled away?

Auntie Marissa & Tristyn...having lunch!
Tristyn and Grace had a wonderful time together. Grace was a lot more active than Tristyn, it really made me realize how mellow Tris is. She is so calm all of the time. Grace would try to grab Tristyn's hair or dress and Tris would just look at her with her two fingers in her mouth. It was adorable. I loved them playing together, hopefully we will be able to do it again soon. Here is Tristy with her beloved fingers!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I will post some more tomorrow ;)

She is just too precious.
I'm sorry you feel down. Just remember you're still only four months post-partum. Remember, being a mom for the first time is hard. Give yourself a break, get a nice ipod, put her in a stroller, and walk. Your endorpines will start to pump and you may start to feel better.
Hey..at least you'll have great hair! With lovely highlights!
XOXO

I second what she said, its tough when a child is that young - your hormones are still all over the place... there may not be any reason you feel down, just that you are. So try to get a little time for yourself and do somthing that you know makes you happy!
By the way, both children are soooo adorable!
Hi Taylor,
I too am sorry that you haven't been feeling too great. If you ever want to talk about it . . . I know a lot of people care about you and would love to help if we could!
Tristyn is so beautiful. Every time I see a picture of her I find something else that makes her even cuter!! I love her BIG eyes!! I am going to have to set her up with Myles someday!! :)
Beautiful babies!! Being down in the dumps isnt any fun! Take Thoughts advice and hopefully you'll soon feel better! Big Hugz~
Those pictures are adorable!!
I hope your mood is feeling better soon.
they're so cute! i keep telling my sister to have babies but she won't listen to me!
cheer up... i always find that a couple of Friends episodes lifts me up somehow...
we all get down... you're adjusting to being a mom so that's a big hurdle. hope all these nice comments make you smile!
OMG what cuties!!! It makes me want to have more. Well maybe not but I can play with everybody elses babies LOL!!!
I just loved these pictures. Liam did, too.
He was upset today and I pulled up your blog and as soon as he saw the big picture of Tristyn at the top he started smiling and giggling.
I wish I knew someone with a baby for him to play with.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
Thoughts Galore - Thanks for the reassurance. Greatly appreciated. I'll take your advice and start looking for an iPod and a nice walking route ;)
Erin - HORMONES SUCK! That's all I have to say! LOL!
Zoe - Myles + Tristyn = SO CUTE!!!
Kether - That is so adorable about Liam! Tristyn always perks up when she sees other children too.
Diana - Tris & Grace are only 3 weeks apart. Other baby is just a lot more active. Tristyn has a very mellow personality. I love it!
Beautiful pictures! She's such a cutie. I'm working on that list you asked for. Maybe I'll have it done by tomorrow.
How sweet! Isn't it great when they can start playing together?!?!
I'll go ahead and add that the hormones thing sucks! I don't know if you have already, but I found that joining a mom's group in my area really helped me. Many of these types of groups offer playgroups (playing for kids, adult conversation for you!), mother's nights out, book/cooking clubs, etc. It might be something worth looking into! ((hugs))
Ditto with what everyone said about hormones sucking. I'm only 4 mos. postpartum myself. Some days are better than others. You're definetely not alone. Hang in there.
I saw your comment on my site and I'll definetly be stopping by on yours more often. Tristyn is a little cutie pie....
Just wanted to drop by to tell you that you in NO WAY offended me by suggesting the backseat. I think all of the hoopla was over how anonymous said it and the unsaid suggestion that I am a bad mom.
I'm hoping that you're feeling better. I think its up and down with the hormone adjustments and all.
Taylor...
Thanks for stopping by my blog. What an interesting coincidence with the same names! Is the Grace in your post the child you were referring to?
My 5 month old (1-4-05) is also extremely mellow. She has yet to roll over. It's obvious that she could if she wanted to, but she's content to be on her back, I guess! She hardly ever cries, and will amuse herself for 30 mn or more with her toys. A nice change from my 2 year old!
Email anytime if you need to talk. Being down sucks. Very cute pics. Looks like everyone had a fun time :)
